No to protons, they're not a V arc missile.

Yes to everything else currently.

@thespaceinvader has it right (no to PRockets, yes to other current missiles), with the caveat that Quickdraw's bonus attack from their pilot ability must be a primary weapon attack, and not a missile attack.
