Personally I'm thinking Clone Wars Legion. It fits the event bill. Armada news maybe? X-wing epic maybe? Thoughts? Ideas? Random conjecture? Disturbances in the Force?
So Adepticon is getting some announcements... But which ones!?

I think Legion will definitely get something announced there one way or another, hopefully Clone Wars for a summer or Gencon release. X-Wing was mentioned but I doubt we will hear about any new expansions until May, possibly May 4th, since that would be a decent time to announce wave 5 for a Gencon/September release window. They could go crazy and announce something like Epic, but I'm betting they will save that more for a gencon announcement where they announce a conversion kit for the 1.0 Epic stuff. Armada, I know the players would love to get something, but with how well Legion and X-Wing seem to be doing I don't think they find that game a priority to set production and resources aside for the most part.

I think it is mostly speculation since FFG will be doing a panel there and they have announced stuff at the event in the past.

Ffg has a Facebook event for their panel at Adepticon. They’ve said there is a new product announcement but that’s about it.
My guess is Clone Wars Legion announcement, likely with display models available to drool over. There may be something for xwing - Wave 3 will be out by then so it could be Wave 5. I’d like to hope it is epic 2.0 announcement, but I have zero proof to back that hope.
The Facebook announcement has X-Wing artwork... but they had also said X-Wing, Legion, and Armada in the initial announcement. My guess is something for each game.

X-wing: Epic 2.0? Seems early to showcase Wave 5
Legion: Clone War Expansions, they already announced this a while back but we have yet to see what we are getting and when.
Armada: Clone Wars, Rebel Huge ship, or next wave. I dunno on this one really.

The Rebels did have at least one Luchrehulk in Canon so that would fit the Huge Armada ship bill.
A revamp for epic would be so easy since they've got the app now.
Make it a new game that can use the exact Xwing models and dials, but has completely different points and stats:
X-Wings with only 2 hull and 1 shield.
TIEs with only 1 hull.
New Epic only damage decks. New pilot cards and abilities.
It'd be super easy to revamp.

Clone Wars factions for Legion was announced last year when they announced the Clone Wars stuff for X-Wing.

Even if they don't at the event FFG will be livestreaming the game this month so that might help give you a feel for the gameplay and the like.
Don't forget that GAMA is next week also. ANA has some big panels there, including a keynote on Tuesday and a discussion of new products for the first half of 2019 on Wednesday. They've made announcements there most years, though I'm betting what will happen is a big non-Star Wars announcement at GAMA and Legion Clone Wars at Adepticon.

Announcement at Adepticon could still mean we don’t see it until 2020. Especially if it’s outside the normal wave cycle.
