Ok, so in 1e, there's 2 missile/torp ordinances, that when hit can affect more than just the target, and an illicit upgrade that can affect enemies when they blow you up..
Are there anything like that for 2e?

Yes.
Dead Man's Switch, Concussion Missiles, to name a couple.

Cluster Missiles are probably in that category as well.
Those are the only three at the moment.
You could arguably add Seismic Charges to that list, as they can turn a cluster of obstacles into an AOE explosion.

Technically every bomb has the potential for collateral damage, but why waste effort trying to accidentally damage your friends when you can kill them directly with this guy!?

One day I will make a squad and bet to my opponent on who can destroy more of my ships, me or him.
On a side note if I destroy my own ships does my opponent still get the points? Would be a funny way to deny points for an opponent.

I'm not super familiar with scum tricks, but what's this guy's purpose?
I am suprirsed they didn't think of possibilities of larger ships (or those with multiple munitions) exploding on those arround them, like we often see in films.. Like "If a ship carrying any unused munitions dies, after sustaining 2 OR more hits needed than what was required to kill it, roll one attack die per unused munition. On a hit or crit, it fatricides, damaging all at range 1 of the killed ship, for 1 hit.

^ Also combine R5-TK with how "Fearless" functions and they're effectively a "go shoot yourself" to Scum players...
