BUBY - Rebel Wings

A quirky idea I've been floating... it seems to have some potential, but I'm curious if you folks could tighten it up a little further still!

Everyone is Initiative 4, for modular maneuvering. B-Wings carry Jamming Beams just 'cause they're free, and I *might* need to burn some target locks in key situations. Braylen and Ten are there to be punchy, and get mods themselves via stress tokens. Dutch passes out target locks as needed in the early game, working mainly to keep Ten with a re-roll before Saw's abilities kick in, then just takes nuisance shots. Saw hangs back and pulls crits off of the gang, just to spread damage out a bit further. Leia ensures a clean pursuit after the first engagement.

Further thoughts include:

  • Drop the Vet Turret Gunner for Selfless on the other two ships, just to REALLY spread out damage, and get Saw's ability to trigger better.
  • Replace Dutch with Lieutenant Blount , allowing the Saw and the B-wings to take Hull Upgrades, and Selfless for everybody.
  • For Hyperspace, go with Saw/Selfless/Leia, Dutch/Ion/VTG, Horton/Ion/VTG, and naked Garvin, for maximum token sharing shenanigans.

I have always struggled to fly a mix of medium and small bases in the formation required to keep them at range 1 for selfless to work.

Therefore I would put tactical officer on the U-Wing so the coordinates are white.

I'm afraid that your acronym for the list is not acceptable.

Needs to be YUBB-YUBB! :D

Have you considered Nora over Dutch. I would be running dutch if I had prot torps or something else that needs target locks, otherwise its just some action economy at the cost of a squishier ship... I also agree on tac officers for white coordinates

I've flown Braylen, Ten, Dutch and Cassian with success. I put Leia and Jyn Erso on Cassian, Hull Upgrade on the b wings and leave Dutch with ion turret and I think something else. Cassian and B-wings go well as I can clear stress and then do red maneuvers thus keeping my opponent guessing. And Leia allows for further shenanigans. Braylen and Ten don't care too much about losing focus token for the evade as they both have options to mod their dice and Dutch and Cassian can provide target locks if necessary.

Also, I know this isn't what you listed but Braylen, Ten, Wedge and Cassian or Braylen, Dutch, Wedge Cassian do well for me too. Both lists do different things but something for you to think about.
