Can I include e-Jawa in my army due to the Saska's ability, and then include up two droid cards of any affiliation?

If so, has anyone thougth about a list of this kind or maybe even tried it in play?

No, unless Saska was Temporary Alliance'd into a mercenary army. The Jawa 's ability says: "If your army is mercenary affiliation".

Also, saska is terrible and not worth it at all to bring a single scum figure

Well, if it worked the way Jarema hoped (as a1bert pointed out: it doesn't), they wouldn't really be taking Saska for a single Scum figure, they'd be taking Saska to take an eJawa to take Scum or Imperial Droids in a Rebel list. Which might be worthwhile... if it were possible, which it isn't.
