Different angle. Front one is more straight on and the one in behind is viewed at an angle. That will play with the shapes and sizes of what you are looking at.

I know what they didnt do...and that's have a guy paint the same picture twice ....but one at a slightly different angle for no reason.

Her title Great Destroyer come from the Poe Dameron comic books. That’s how the Astromechs calls her because she somehow always come back from her missions with a damaged/destroyed astromech... So no astromech wants to fly with her.

That also explains why in the x-wing game she can also use charges from her astromech to use her ability. Love it when the designers are thematic!

I know... but since I thought it was a good attention to details/lore from FFG to give her this title, and I don’t know if he read the comics or not, I thought it was a good opportunity to explain the real reason.

She would actually more thematically redistribute the damage cards every turn, whether you could be bothered to line up an attack or not.

At the end of the match, both players redistribute points destroyed to ensure an equal outcome.

Something like that.

Maybe provide tournament points to your significant other if they are also playing in the same tournament?

Perhaps, but it's a shame that all of those opponents that worked hard to build and train their 200pt lists found out that they didn't need to invest any time and money towards their results when they could take one pilot, provided complimentarily by FFG, and achieve a 72-way tie for "champion" at their local Regional.

It's a tough call, for sure.

Your point seems to be that people who work hard for their own benefit deserve rewarding. I would counter-argue that there's nothing especially moral about working for your own benefit, AKA selfish work, and therefore no particular reason it should be rewarded (except in a purely pragmatic sense which must be considered on a case by case basis taking into count the availability of labour and resources). After all, lots of truly horrible people work hard to make themselves better off, whilst lots of very nice people work hard for the benefit of others t their own expense. I would suggest the latter group are more deserving of reward.

This art does make her look a bit like Sandy...there is all kinds of crazy in those eyes.

I actually like that card. The whole prize set is one of my favourites to be released to date.

Jess alt art is as hard to look at as a WNBA game.

Got the card this weekend in HST. It's even worse up close.

Looks fine to me. Not as great as some of alt art cards, but nowhere remotely near as bad as the Dash Rendar one.

Dash Rendar was pretty vad, but that art was from the mid/late 90S. It has a reason it looks that way. Jess, she is a new creation. Looks like a elementary art show.
