The idea is to block with Oicunn, then give damage via Vader to whoever rammed you, shoot him with Intimidation bonus, shoot another target. Rexler to finish off.

I ran almost exactly this for a bit. The issue is with no other targets Oicunn goes down fast. I have a lot of fun with the lost, though.

Mannn.. I wish I had 0-0-0 and its really annoying it didn't come with the imperial expansion box.

VTG really isn't worth it here, the odds of that shot happening are minimal. And even lower that its a productive shot. Dauntless would probably be a better investment

Why are the chances so low? If I fly the Deci aggressively in the middle of the board...?

Because I, as your opponent, am gonna work very hard to not have someone in front of AND behind you. Avoiding 1 quadrant is rarely too difficult

I feel like you will perform better with the Decimator OR the defender with 2-4 other ships.

Which ships would you combine with the Deci?

The Ion Missiles could be pretty neat in setting some enemy up for a ram against Oicunn. And they're cheap, keeping me a small bid.

I have ran an Oicunn + Inquisitor x 2 list that I liked.

Past that list I might try something like this,
