If i have a Leia(crew) equiped in a sheathipede that is docked to a Ghost, can i use Leia's ability? Or she is available only when it undocks?

Leias ability belongs to the ship she is equipped to. abilities of ships that are in reserve (docked) are inactive unless otherwise stated. if you undock and use her, then dock the ship again, she will still recover charges like normal.

Cant recover or lose charges while docked. Ship isnt there to accomplish that.
