Good vs the evil Resistance in our kitchen after kids bedtime.

Does this look like a matchup that wont give me kitchenduty for a week.

The greater good (me)

4x ps3 SF with Gunner, FCS, Fanatic

vs

Evil

(62) Vennie
(9) Rose Tico
(6) Veteran Turret Gunner
(6) Collision Detector
(5) Pattern Analyzer
Points 88

(35) Tallissan Lintra
(1) Heroic
Points 36

(68) Poe Dameron
(2) R4 Astromech
(0) Integrated S-foils
(2) Trick Shot
(4) Heavy Laser Cannon
Points 76

Total points: 200

Vennie gonna tear those SFs up. Good thing is, this aint the best vennie. No Paige on Vennie so you have a chance not to get double tapped. No c3po so you can do some solid damage. Id rather have paige than collision detector on that Vennie.

Go hard at Vennie with everything you got. If you can take Vennie out and have 2.5 SFs left, you have a chance. Poe and talli vs two SFs and I think you are in trouble.

Thx, i want the odds to be in gf's favor since im the better pilot. She is not used to largebase, thats why the collision D.

Friend of mine runs Quickdraw with 3 SF mates, all with Spec Ops gunner. Couldn't tell you the specifics beyond that, but it's been doing rather well. Perhaps not one for earning favour though :D

Nah, I dont dare bringing up QD yet ;)

She won 150-126 now, so it was perfect.

So do you get kitchen duty if you win? Or if you lose? Or if you lose but obviously throw?

I think the answer is yes.

It strikes me that the optimal play is to accomplish not having to do kitchen duty, but then doing kitchen duty anyhow.

Sounds like a red maneuver to me, and I'm already stressed.

Well, in X-Wing, it's often good to take a red move to get better position for a later turn.
