The card numbering is crazy if true, a whole new thing. My guess is still that the numbering will revert back to all the other Asylum Packs...except Ancient Horrors...and this AP for the first time is inserted at sixty cards three each...
MU Cost 2 Skill 2 AI is a first. Civil Engineer had better stats. At Skill 1 we've seen CI and other good cards. Basically MU cost 2 has a great history, Focused Art Student, for her ability and great stats, included.
That is the Star Stone of Mnar. When I saw it behind her I thought of Sarnath the Doomed, that stood in the land of Mnar when mankind was young, and of Ib, that was carven of grey stone before mankind existed. Then I realized it was Pliny the Elder who pawned the star topaz for a horn of honeyed yaks milk. And my prediction of an upcoming card was tragically derailed.
I have to agree. I'm liking this card- low cost, nice skill/icons...and the bonus of drawing another card. Which, combined with being non unique could give you a boost when your in a situation desperate for cards.
with this card its pretty plain to see how powerful aspiring artist was.
Aspiring Artist: cost one, draw two, HA. Focused Art Student: cost two, draw one, MU. Sure, Hastur had Writhing Wall for card draw, but MU is card draw. PJ makes a good point.
The card being loyal kind of spoils the fun, but it's not too bad. Beautiful art, though!
Just takin' a look around, even if not playn' anymore as I explained...
I really like comes into play effects in general in characters, 'cause char + effect is worth the deal, especially when card draw is involved.
Here, we have a nice girl, with good icons, 2 skills and card advantage...I guess Loyal is a minor issue compared with the benefits...
Again, it's a 2 cost card, which seems to be a great/cheap combo-card for future interactions (draw, jump back, draw).
