Does seevor counteract the extra dice from ATP. We played as if he does, but I am less confidant, as the x1 is declaring an attack against a locked ship, he simply loses the lock before dice are rolled.

And yes he would block the extra die. He doesn't block firing ordnance as he intervenes after the weapon is chosen, but he does block ATC as he removes the lock before dice are rolled.

since the jam token is gained before the dice are rolled, assuming it removes the lock, the attacker does not gain the benefit of the extra die from Advanced Targeting Computer.

I was assuming ATC, but I wasn't sure so I spent the last hour looking through every card...
