Slave 1 Under Jango Fett

Jango should be Scum, with a cluster of new Firespray pilots... but he should also include a card something like this (NOT A REAL CARD):

That way, any squad could add a single scum pilot to their team, regardless of who they were. Jango working for separatists? Sure! But what about Boba Fett working for the Empire... or Resistance? Asaaj could throw her assistance to the Republic or Rebels. The Unique title makes sure you can only put a single scum ship into another squad, and you can scale the cost of the card to the price of the unit (say, "Hired Gun" costs 1 point per 10 points of unit cost, rounded up). It also prevents you from stacking titles on ships like Guri.

🤨 Hello balancing nightmare. Been awhile. 😒

Seriously this would make pricing Scum & Villainy pilots allot more complicated than necessary since FFG would have to take into account not just what is in the Scum & Villainy faction that the pilot abilities and ships might interact with, but what is in all 6 of the other factions as well that might result in nasty and game breaking interactions. No, just no .

Agreed

But hey, noone stopping you from doing this on casual night. Thematically I like the idea

Nuance. He died as a mercenary currently employed by the Separatists.

I mean, I can see both side, but seriously ... he, ah, committed a lot more than time and firepower! That seems like a very, very profound commitment to make for purely mercenary reasons.

What, you didn't want Drea Renthal backing up your swarm of Energy Shell Droids? Or Jamming Beam Serissu flying as part of your Howlrunner TIE Swarm? ;)

I feel like a potted petunia.

Oh no. Not again.

interesting idea. i doubt ffg would go for it but if they did then non scum factions should pay a permium for the priveledge of including a pilot like jango.

Would be interesting if they could make dual faction pilots. A bonus if he is on the board with Dooku as a separatist, but another ability as scum.

I see kid boba as a crew card.

I believe he'll be Separatist alone, but as I conveniently play both Seppies and Scum, I wouldn't mind him in either :)

Since we got kid Annie as a pilot, we my very well see kid Boba. Did we ever see him piloting anything in the Clone Wars?

Slave 1, sort of, on Kamino while Jango was fighting Obi'won.

Technically, he didn't try to kill a senator; he subcontracted with someone else to do it. I'm a little disappointed that the theatrical release cut out the half-hour of both sides' lawyers negotiating terms, and having a heated argument over whether failing to kill the senator counted as a breach of contract, according to the wording of clause 3276-14.1(a)!

Ahh, the Uber defense.
