Honestly, there's nothing that intrigues me about Sabine (who is female by the way) when it comes to competitive play.

4-LOM is incredibly more effective at nearly 10 points cheaper even with Advanced sensors and the title (which honestly you can take or leave). Maybe look at something like this:

Is you really want Sabine, I’d say you have to fit the escape craft on the list. One of the biggest issues with the caster is getting mods and keeping an arc on enemy ships. With the escape craft, you can coordinate over to Sabine so she can focus/rotate.
