There's apparently another up-to-date card search engine floating around the forums as well, but I haven't looked at it yet. Just search the card or go to "Set" to see what cards are in any particular chapter pack. On the far right of the card description it tells you how many of that card comes in a single pack.

The answer to the lightbulb question is obviously zero because Khals (especially Khal Drogo) are too badass to waste their skill on such frivolous tasks
