Brush tip & linbiolinum if I recall correctly (you can get the latter for free, but the former is only available as a trial version unless you want to pay) ,

If you check the properties of one of the pdfs you can see a font list,

Chapter Intro: Amerigo BT (50pt)
Normal Headers: brushtipTexe_L5R (22pt)
Sub Headers: Lin Biolinum OB (17pt/12pt)
Text: Avenir (8pt)
Sidebar Headers: Avenir (6pt)
Sidebar Text: Amerigo Md BT (7pt)
