Just starting up with X-wing (2.0) and full of questions.

Should I consider a hyperspace marker as an obstacle or not? In other words, has the marker any effect when passing over it, or not?

If not, what happens if you have a ship stationary on the hyperspacemarker, on the dock where a new ship spawns?
