I have never flown resistance before but have been looking at the 2 following lists.

List 2. More firepower and Lulo gives you a less predictable ship with her rear arc shenanigans. The rz2 awings are awesome.

Would you change any of the upgrades on list 2?

You may want to rethink Poe. Most times I have seen him in play he gets destroyed rather quickly. Like Wedge, Poe is a priority target for opponents.

If an opponent goes for Poe first, good. Nien Numb is the real menace and probably the best ship in the list.

And in either case, Poe is a pretty bare-bones version. Not too many extra upgrades.

I'd consider Elusive on Nien Numb. He pulls a lot of red moves and hopefully winds up with Focus at the end of them, so he'd be good with Elusive.

I'd also consider Trick Shot on Poe. Personally, I stink at it, can't get the shots lined up and be in a position I want to be, for executing a move next turn. Depends on whether you're good with it on fixed front-arc ships.

As to List 1 (which is also probably fine), I'd consider dropping the R4 mechs from Ello and Nien. They don't really need blue hard 2s too much, since they typically won't take stress from their T-Rolls. Might be better to float a sizeable bid, or to put a cannon on Poe.

Looks good. Maybe elusive on nein. Drop trickshot on lulo for it, keep the bid at 6pts.

Im not a heroic fan cuz ita triggered once in 15+ games for me, so would go with predator on poe so he can focus with b roll or boost with reroll.

Add Advanced Optics to L’ulo

Not sure about ProTorps on Nien, since he want to dance around his target at R1... maybe drop those for HLC instead.

Total points: 190

Predator doesn't work with HLC on Poe ... so no double value there, as it is primary attack. With the amount of bid you have, you could put lone wolf on him.

Poe is an ace end game closing ship with double reposition, so no wonder opponents target him first. However you can protect him at the start of the game somewhat ... that said, none of your ships are end game slouches.

I'm a fan of Adv. ProTorps on Nien. If he managed to get double mods, that means the enemy is in range of these torps. And with double mods I get 5 hits every time I use them (with at least 1 guaranteed crit).

I'm fiddling with (basically) these two lists at the moment. I'm planning on trying them both out over the weekend and seeing what works best for me.

Personally, I would throw Ferrosphere Paint on Poe and L'ulo, and Predator instead of TS on L'ulo. More mods

I’ve found Ferrosphere Paint quite disappointing - it does little to discourage someone from locking you when they’re determined to get that Proton Torpedo off.

And Predator on Resistance A-Wings is just... well, terrible. It’s great on Rebel A-Wings, but RZ-2s are all about the rear arc, and a rear arc trick shot is not difficult to set up!

While it might not stop locks, it will really hamper their movement.

I find predator great on any ship as agile as a RZ-2. I don't like working with the rear arc

A minor inconvenience at best... especially if they blow you to smithereens on the way through!

Ferrosphere Paint would be a lot better if they had to roll a die and the lock only succeeded on a hit result.

Then you’re missing out on what makes the ship unique and fun to fly...

I'd recommend larger than a 5/6 pt bid.

8-11 pionts if you're really wanting to love last.

... otherwise, fitting up those slots and run it at a dogging 200!

Shoot-first Poe is NOT bad.
