Yall are nuts thinking disrupted is better than destroyed.

It was so much fun to knock out a weapon. And it was devastating to get your weapon destroyed.

It absolutely was more fun to knock out your opponent's weapon system. However, it is just one of many reasons why vehicles haven't really had the impact on the game that they should have. This is a very, very minor step in correcting the much larger problem, one worth the sacrifice of the fun of "weapon destroyed."

Yes, it was devastating. Especially for atrt and t47. Like no longer able to contribute devastating.

I prefer this because it’s more balanced and less catastrophic, especially compared to the impact of the other options versus “weapon destroyed”. Weapon disrupted is more level in impact.

The ATRT could at least go into melee, the T-47 was utterly screwed.

double post, sorry

And still had the drivers A-300 Rifle with 2x white dice, Surge->Crit, and 360 degree fire arc....

Is there any value in throwing a generic commander on the X-34 landspeeder? As I understand it, he could still issue orders, use the Inspire keyword, and prevent troops from panicking. The only things he would lose are Take Cover and his pistol. But he would gain mobility and protection. Thoughts?

This is what was running through my mind too. Basically, you make the landspeeder your commander and he has an ejector seat 😁

After looking at the rules for transport, light transport, embark/disembark, I’m liking the overall value of the landspeeder over the tank. That’s likely just a preference between a Jeep and a . . . tank.

He probably doesn't have ejector seat. He takes a wound every time it takes damage from an attack +1 more when it dies. With only 4hp, unless they one shot the speeder, he probably goes with it. For 50pts, that's not exactly exciting. 2 officers in units is probably better and cheaper.

Disembark is an ejector seat ... from a certain point of view.

I mean, if he has an order token or you draw it, he can disembark, otherwise, he's just going to sitting in the speeder like:

This recent one has made me motivated to print and bind the rules reference.

yeah i tried at a fedex they refused to do it due to the star wars logo on it. manual print would cost about 20+ for 1 copy through them ugh.

How did you go about that? Email them the link? Bring in a disk?

If you own a printer depending which one should be way below the cost of libraries and most printing places. For example, I still have my older HP Officejet 4500 which costed about $5.85 color to print entire RR.

Go on their website and you can set it all up, upload the document, confirms it looks how you want it to, and pay. Then you just pick it up.

FFG might release yet ANOTHER update when Bossk is released (probably in a couple of months?) since he has a new kind of token, which would fit the "dioxis charge" mentioned for his model options. Unless the yellow token is just a different way of marking ensnare or some other pre-existing game effect of course.

Bossk has a new keyword so there's an update regardless of his new tokens.

yeah almost every quarter they will have at least 1 rules update sadly.
