Interesting, do you feel like the 82 point salvation can pull its own weight?

It can in the right builds I had it get behind an ISD in one game and it took it out almost single handedly, with continued fire. It survived the game as well, so I think if played well it can pull its weight, but to insure that IF is almost a must for me or at least making sure it has a con fire token most of the time.

I run a 65pt TRC Salvation Support Frigate that works great as a late-game finisher. It tails the rest of my fleet and comes in rd 4-6 to take long range shots and take out the last few pts. Even in a Cracken list i tend to keep it at Spd 1 and deploy rather far from the enemy fleet.

Good discussion. I think the neb is overlooked these days having been written off in wave 1.

I ran one a while back and it did a lot more work than i expected. Its easy to dual arc with and 5 dice at medium range is not terrible. The escort version double blue flak is pretty fearsome also.
