Rules question

Supreme leader snoke crew

And Hera syndulla pilot(vcx)

Snoke flips dial, does that count as Hera’s dial being revealed?

Therefore I change dial in the system phase?

Hera specifies after "you" "reveal", while your opponent "flips"... even if Snoke revealed, the condition is that you have to reveal it. As I read it...

This. Flipping is not the same as revealing.

Also, this:

Where in the rules proves this? Bc the rules on revealing says flipping.

can you reveal a already flipped dial?

There are things that specify "reveal" your dial and "flip" dial... that is a difference...

Most of the time you "reveal" while your opponent "flips" your dial... but even if he revealed dial... Hera still specifies " After you reveal " .. you like YOU the player have to reveal the dial. With Snoke/Informant your opponent does it so YOU don't have a dial to reveal as it already is.

So snoke/informant negates Hera and advanced sensors?

This statement is false. Revealing a dial happens at the beginning of the Activation Phase as the first step of the phase per ship ( RR. p3 ). It is true that Revealing is performed through Flipping a dial, but this does not mean the terms are interchangeable or equivalent. You Flip whenever you're supposed to Reveal , but F lipping doesn't cause you to Reveal automatically. It's a square vs. rectangle case - each square is a rectangle, but not every rectangle is a square.

Yes. Being able to Flip a dial is not a necessary condition to Reveal it, but you'll have to Flip it when you Reveal it if it hasn't been flipped before.

No it doesn't. There is a couple of game effects that cause your ship to skip the Assign and Reveal dial phase, the most prominent being Ionisation ( RR, p12 ), that causes the ship to perform a predefined move that is not appointed to it so it is also not Revealed on activation.

Yeah, I don't know what I have been thinking about.... screwed up.

But still, if Snoke, Informant or whatever flips your dial, you don't get to change it until it is you who reveals it. So no changing maneuver in systems phase.
