Question came up today on the Lothal wastes map.

when playing the blitz mission “when a figure is deployed, it may move up to 8 spaces”

If a group is deployed on turn 2 with Lie in Ambush does it get the bonus move.

My decision was no, as the bonus move is limited to the mission setup not once the game has begun. However I wondered if that was right/there is an official rule.

I'm think "Setup:" provides an implicit "during setup" for the things to perform in the "Setup:" section. Otherwise the mission rule would not be there.

Only FFG can give the official confirmation though.
