Imperial Thawn Fleet, Thawn's Finest

Ive been taking everyone's suggestions into consideration and I made a new fleet, please keep offering advice!!!

(note, I have the following packs:

Chimera, MC30, Base Set, Interdictor, Arqutitens, and Gozanti.)

This is meant to appose a friend who almost never uses fighters, and if he does, uses very little. He also likes to use two ISDs in his fleets. He loves large ships.

No. I would leave hoj and cut a lot of this. Unless you like gauntlet fighters for some reason, cut both of them for a howl brick or Marrek+jendon or Ciena ree+ Valen Rudor. Cut tua, redundant shields, rbd,engineering team , hardened bulkheads and wulff .

Whew.

A lot of that stuff is pointless, like for instance hardened bulkheads are pointless against large ships! If you expect to fight big ships, you should never bring them. All the upgrades on the arq are really bad because they don’t help against an isd front arc. In 1 front arc you will die and all the “survivability” is useless. Gauntlet fighters are the worst ship in the game and there seems to be ZERO point in taking them whatsoever. Wulff is not great and you would be better off doing Tua Ecms on the cymoon.

I would suggest a change to the isd II or a kuat refit if you are using thrawn. Cymoons need rerolls to become effective.

stack 3 navs for thrawn and you should be good
