all 3 of those terms are relative. to me printing out 50 pages of rules twice a year so i can cut them up into cards to play is far too frequently to be reasonable. plus theres erratta you need to watch for. its a hassle

How are you getting 50 pages? All the points lists put together total 21. And why on earth are you cutting them up?

because if you want to make cards with point totals thats what you have to do. and it is about 50 pages

You're right. That doesn't seem reasonable. But it's a bit unfair to put that on FFG, since it's completely unnecessary and not at all what they intend for players to do.

I may as well blame FFG for the fact that buying paint to repaint all the pre-painted models can get somewhat pricey.

You "Need" food on the table, you "Need" a roof over your head. Gaming is a hobby, you never, ever "Need" any of it. You can "Want" it just fine tho

What makes 2.0 better? No Miranda, Jumps, TLTs and Scruggs.

What makes 1.0 better? Epic, and it's Star Wars and fun to play with all the stuff; as long as you don't allow Miranda, Jumps, TLT and Scruggs.

Everything but TLT on that list is in 2.0

They're just significantly reigned in compared to 1.0 form. Which is fine. I’m not even convinced JM is good anymore. Most times you’d take it in 2.0, you just reach for the Scum falcon....

True, but the TLT wasn't the only issue on those ships, it was compounded by other problems that have been reigned in on their new 2.0 platforms. Pre-repricing, the three boogieman ships were completely pulled back, maybe a bit too much, but I could easily see them rocket back to the top of the meta unless FFG is very careful... then we'll go right back to the game no one recognizes.
