I was looking over the "Power Well" Psyker Talent which is giving a psyker a meager +1 Bonus on Power roles for 200xp (reptitive buy optional).
I wonder why a psyker should spend points here instead of "maxing out willpower". Since Willpower is adding to the "power role" the same way, eve the final "raise" (expert, +5 for 750) is considerably more "cost effective" (+1 for 150xp) then this Talent...or is meant for the psyker "that raised it all"?
