My apologies if this has been asked before but has any one figured out the formula used for point costing units yet?

I am looking to add in some minis from another setting as a "mercenary" army of sorts.

I have tried to see if I can use this but I have no idea how to use photoshop etc.

I was hoping to find some sort of spreadsheet or calculator to just figure out point costs based on the various characteristics the unit may have.

For example Standard Stormtroopers are 11 points each bot int eh base unit (44 for 4) and the standard add on trooper (11).

I guess I can just kit bash and use present units to be "mercs" and just use the other minis in their place.
