No. You are stressed after doing a red action, so you cannot Link off it.

you can't perform actions while stressed and since the first action you take off of arien crackens ability is red, you immediately receive a stress once you've performed it - and therefore cannot perform another action.

you could link into a boost or barrel roll if you had primed thrusters equipped though, since that lets you perform boost or barrel roll actions even while stressed. rebel ships don't really come with tech slots, how ever.
