Currently in our community the rumor of the triple ypsilon shuttle equipped with collision detector is very common. Why is is possible that the shuttle is using an effect of this card neither having barrel roll nor boost???
Who is able to explain coreectly, because from my small perspective the ypsilon is not able to use it.

The only requirements for Collision Detector are a Sensor Slot & 6 points.

CD has two separate clauses: one is allowing you to roll and boost over obstacles. The Upsilon can't use this bit. The other is allowing you to spend a charge when you move over an obstacle, to ignore it for the rest of the round. Upsilons can do that just fine.
It doesn't have any requirements other than the slot and points (these would be shown in the lower left of the card) so anyone can equip it.
