I just ordered Runebound second edition 2 weeks ago, but i am also from Romania so things here are not just fast as in the US. So i ordered this game but i also plan in february, i think, to buy the first waive of expansions. My question is until then Artefacts and Allies will be on stock?

if something's out of stock you could search the upcoming reprints page for info if and when it would be reprinted.

But since I'm still not all that familiar with the new FFG-website I don't know if they even kept that page...

Alternatively, buy a brand new sealed set on ebay. As long as it's actually new, you're not hurting FFG in any way. I got my Descent and WoW starters at amazon.de because the USPS (the cheaper) shipping option was not available at the time.
