So....

If Tallie meets both Vennie and her pilot abilities does Vennie get 2 green dice plus a third which is added with a focus already in place. I think I know the answer I just want confirmation. It seems pretty straightforward.

Yes, with the inclusion that Vennie’s own mobile arcs can trigger her own ability.
