I usually don’t play Rebels, so I’m really not good in building lists. Of all the tournaments I played so far, I encountered the Rebel faction the least.

The ship I really want to bring to the table is the E Wing, so this idea came to my mind:

This Corran is pretty expensive but pretty efficient due to afterburners and regen. Because Lando can perform two actions most of the time, he has the potential to hit really hard or help Corran. Lt. Blount is a steal for 30 pts. with his I4 and a decent ability.

Probably pretty solid. I love the thought of regen on E-Wings. Being able to slip away and get shields back to deny points seems great. I have a stick up my rear with the double-stack of FCS and Predator. The biggest value is in the first reroll, and second and subsequent rerolls don't add as much, so it seems excessive. I'd want to diversify the tools of the list, so I'd equip something like Crack Shot or Marksmanship or Elusive instead. Giving up the System slot for something other than FCS could work, but any other option seems too expensive in this particular list.

Might be worth considering the newly affordable Leia on the Falcon. Seems like a bargain for 2 points, even if there isn't any particularly strong synergy in this list.

If you want an alternative to predator (FCS is too good to ditch) you could try Daredevil/R4 astromech. The turns become white instead of red, he gets an insane dial, and you can turn on a dime without K turning. That frees up a few good points for lando, or an EPT/Missile on Blount. If you don't want daredevil, putting Marksmanship on them isn't bad. Four dice with a reerol plus a gueranteed crit, on both Corran's attacks? You're by sure putting on some major hurt at this point, especially if you could manage to get something like Hotshot gunner on Lando to strip some tokens first and then wombo combo with Corran. It also makes him cheaper for half points.

Just a thought. I've got a Rouge Escort baked into a list I'm itching to try with FCS/R4/Marksmanship for 61 points which is insane for a mid level fire powerhouse. I think anyways, they appear to be really good for kinife fighting now which I like, rather than boring 1.0 not die Corran.

I mean the E wing has the red 1 turn that becomes white, not the daredevil boost becoming white my apologies for the bad phrasing.

With 2 rerolls out of FCS/Predator both attacks have a high damage potential, thats why I like predator.

R4 is awesome for sure. But I really want to try regen though. With Landos "coordinate", Corran is able to do crazy stuff before he activates.

With a focus on 3 dice, the expected hits with 0, 1, or 2 rerolls are 2.25, 2.684, and 2.801 respectively. The value added by the first reroll is 0.434 expected hits. The value added by the second reroll is 0.117 expected. That's not that much. You go from a 74% chance of 3 hits, to an 82% chance of 3 hits. Most of the time, you'll still get three hits. Around 85% of the time, having access to a second reroll is entirely meaningless. And if you do need to reroll more than one die, it's possible for Corran to spend his lock.

Meanwhile, something like Crack Shot will push a damage through, or Marksmanship will likely put a crit through on Corran's second attack (since after Corran, Lando, and Blount, the target is probably shields-down), or Elusive has a chance at preventing a damage on an expensive ship like Corran. I'd rather build a list around the 85% of the time, and get an additional effect which can help my list in some other way, rather than investing in more rerolls.

To go in a slightly different direction, cutting FCS and Afterburners for Advanced Sensors could also be really cool. 82 points instead of 80. Corran can pre-move boost or barrel roll, and will have a long-range lock and a Predator reroll. It'd probably make more sense in a list which didn't have Lando's specific ability contributing, but might still be cool here. Either way, it serves as an example of what I mean by diversifying the strengths (Predator and AdvS) instead of putting two upgrades into the same effect with diminishing returns.

I've played such list lately, but failed hard against Wedge, Horton, Dutch Vander and Arvel Crynyd.

But, note that Leia is a great addition. As someone stated before, those 1 hard turns being white thx to Leia can save the day sometimes. Corran needs actions to stay alive. I think that the third good wingman is a key here. Maybe throwing AP-5 there is a good idea?

Yes it does, but it could allow Corran to gain coordinate - evade and be more aggressive.

But, because of lack of punch, sadly, I'll try to use Wedge with Afterburners instead of Corran and to take Dutch with protorps as his wingmate.

Ive been testing this, have naked thane instead of dutch. Wedge is really good with afterburners and a i5 action, combo'd with leia for a kturn boost into range 1 kturn.

I feel corran/lando would need a big big bid to make sure they move last against i5s so he can lineup that bullseye. Wedge just points and shoots
