Maybe we were all wrong about the lack of Armada news. Everyone is saying that we haven't had any news in 6 months... but I like... JUST walked into a game store in Texas and they gave me a free Game Trader magazine - WITH the Armada SSD Flyer in it! I mean hey this proves that those previews aren't "Secret" anymore and that all of that information is truly available to the public! So that means the latest Armada article was really back in December, it just was in PRINT rather than digital.

Are we counting printed articles when we talk about the lack of news? Because perhaps we should. Granted - it seems like a waste of money to PAY to print something - and then never talk about it again digitally... but at least they DID promote it in the December GTM!

I’d count it as a preview article yes. It just caused more salivating than anything else. I think we all truly just want a hard release date announced and hits at future waves though.

Well for all the players abroad (like me living in Germany) - the Website is the main information tool. Since they didnt anounce anything there for me there are no news..

Since i work in the marketing by myself for me its beyond understanding that they dont promote the same content online aswell..

Nah. There was no reason to not update on Twitter or FB or somewhere, "Hey everyone check out our flyer in this months (Dec) issue of GTM!"

So they have an inability to let the community know even when *they do* have published information.

The sad part is, they could have just split that flyer into 2 or 3 posts about the SSD and stopped the complaints for a month or so.

He's clearly joking and making fun of the fact that he got in trouble with ffg for making a video about this info back in november. People (including myself) had this issue on what @Crabbok , like Nov 20th? I remember bringing it to the KC regional just so people could see. I also took pics and posted them on the forums so people could see since FFG couldn't be bothered to put them into an article. Boggles my mind at the complete inability of this company to put out any type of customer relation fires / marketing for their own products.

It was Thanksgiving night when I first saw the spoilers on reddit. I don't even think it was that much of a big deal considering it was only like 4 days early - since this was from the December issue. But yeah it's officially public so nothing wrong with talking about it.
