I plan on buying everything in the WHFRP3 line, that is the core game, the GM kit, the Player kit and the new expantion that comes out this week(Neal from the warstore told me that) and the dice set. So here is my question. How many card sleeves I need and what sizes I need for all of that? and if there is a good place thats cheap but that are actually good quality to buy? Thanks in advance ^___^

If you are interested in sleeves that are somewhat cheaper than the FFG ones, I would recomend Mayday Games. They have nice sleeves that cost far less. The sleeves are not as thick as the FFG ones, but I actually prefer that since it makes shuffling easier and the card stacks are much less likely to topple over.
