I came upon an interaction I couldn’t figure out.

Cassian Andor crew + sense force power.

Can I use sense to view my opponents dial, and follow up with Cassian’s ability to reliably change Kanan’s dial every turn AFTER dials are locked and after I know my opponents dial?

If the answer is yes, bringing a 4 dice primary+turret reliably on a target sounds like it might be pretty potent.

Yes that is legal. Abilities that trigger at the same time window, you chose which one to resolve first.
