Finished the first squad of Rebels from the core set. I'm using up paints from playing Flames of War and experimenting with different techniques and patterns. The leader's coat can be seen from the back on https://qualitypunk2.wordpress.com/

I like them. My one bit of advice is to use a brown wash over the whole miniature to add some easy depth.

Good idea, I'll have to grab some for the next squad. Those already have matte finish on them.
Great looking squad. Excellent job on the camo. Look forward to more posts.
Took the brown wash advice and over did it a bit. Will try again with the AT-RT.
Mechanical Tauntaun is done.
My Wookies and Luke are done Here's the Wookies. The rest of the pics are here https://qualitypunk2.wordpress.com/2019/02/20/luke-and-the-kashyyyk-quartet-starwars/
Finally finished my Specialists and took a picture of the other stuff I've painted since the Wookies. Gryffindor Jyn stands out and I'm enjoying Chewbacca, especially when he and the Wookie squad killed Palpatine.
I painted a second Wookie squad for maximum melee fun.
Guess which one is based on George Lucas' dog Indiana.
Series epilogue Sabine:
Nice work!
