Hello all new to xwing 2.0 and i have a question concerning energy if you bring energy from 2 different cards can you use energy from one card to use another?
Also when exactly do you recover energy and force points?

1. Energy is tied solely to the specfic pilot/card providing it, no sharing. Force is treated as a shared pool on that ship.
2. If there is a small arrow beside the Energy/Force, you recover 1 at the end phase. For Force, no matter how many arrows you may have on 1 ship via pilot & crew, it still only recovers 1.

Specifically:
Energy charges are unique to a given card. Pilots and upgrades can all have energy, and they are all handled separately. They can't be shared through any normal means (though there may one day be cards that allow this). For every card that is marked as a "recurring charge" (the small triangle @Innese mentioned), you recover one charge token during the end phase on that card. Some charges do not recover on their own. Charges can be sometimes be recovered by outside means, such as the Reload action.
Force charges are shared across an entire ship. They can be used by any pilot or upgrade that references Force abilities, on that ship. Each ship that has a Force rating recovers one force charge during the end phase, no matter how many sources of Force are on that ship.
As an example: Kanan Jarrus is flying his Ghost with Ezra in the gunner's chair, Chewbacca handling repairs, and a Proton Torpedo in the tube. He's damaged, so Chewbacca spends 2 charges to flip a crit card face down. Kanan spends a charge to fire a Proton Torpedo, ending up with hit-hit-focus-focus after spending his target lock. He spends 2 force to convert both into hits (then one into a Crit with the Torpedo). At the end of the turn, Kanan recovers 1 Force charge on his ship, and one Charge on Chewbacca. The Proton Torpedo does not recover a charge.
