What is anyone's thoughts about using "Brilliant Evasion" on the v1?

6 points seems like too much at first glance, it’s so situational for me to have my force charge available and roll 2 green eyes.

I’m curious enough about it to wonder: how does an Imperial-only player get my hands on the card?

Ebay. :D

(You can find individual copies of just about every card in the game.)

All of this. 6pt for something so situational is surely too much. If you have a force available to use it, you're only adding 1 evade if it comes up anyway. 6pt can buy you something that'll proc much more reliably and effectively. Even as a bid, it would be more useful I think.

Open to being wrong ofc, having not even thought to try it out.

Attended a small store tourney with Rex, Echo and 7th Sister today, went pretty well. The Sister more than earned her 46pt in 2 of the 3 games. Stupidly good bargain. Basically everyone raised their eyebrows and did a double take when I told them her points.

And half on Sev, that's 23.... Wait what?

The one she didn't was because I parked her at R0 of a block of 5 RZ-2s on turn 3. That was not a good move.

I get that, but... didn't FFG say one of the big things about 2.0 is no more buying out of faction? So the question is: do I have to buy a ship I probably don't need that comes with the card, or is FFG going to be selling blister packs?

It's fun showing up with an under-used pilot/ship and showing 'em what she can do. My friend with the 4 Inqs list says she's over-costed, I hope to convince him otherwise this Wednesday.

So I went back and reread BE, and probably misinterpreted how it worked.

After rereading it, it sounds like as long as you roll two at least two focus, you can spend a force to convert two of those to evades.

Assuming you had focused in the first place, this'd keep you from having to spend that focus.

It might not end up being very good, but... it might be good enough to at least take a look at. :)
