I'm sure, also with the new shield tokens instead of taking 1 extra shield away removing a shield token (even an inactive one) will keep regen in check. Even if it did go back to 1st Edition R2-D2 levels. GIve 1 plasma torpedo upgrade 3 charges and you can strip away a Y-wing's shields permanently. Practically guarantees removal of an X-wing's shield tokens.

Okay but I played Jek for the first time last night, using randomly drawn quick builds, and holy crap that Scum R5 on him was fun 😂 I took the first reroll I used the R5 for as a crit, thankfully I still had shields.

Nah. Corran Horn, FCS, Elusive, Chopper, Afterburners. For 79 points, he can spend Afterburner or Elusive Charges to recharge shields, spend two shields to recharge his Afterburners, and recharges Elusive using any of his 5 red maneuvers. All wrapped in an IN5 all-3s chassis with a bullseye double-tap.
