Are skill bonuses cumulative? If I have something giving me +10% Charm and something else giving me +20% Charm, do I now have +30% Charm, or do I just take the highest bonus? Like if you had two Talents that gave +10% bonus, would you have a +20% bonus? Like in the same vein that if you were in a fight, outnumbered a foe 3-1 and aimed, would you have a +30%? (3-1: +20% / Aim: +10%)
