Similar to my previous post, would you recommend getting an ARC 170, the Phantoms or a modified TIE (Sabine's)? If so, upgrades?

Also, if I could only get one, what do you recommend getting? Ghost, Phantoms, TIE mod., or arc 170?

Well, I've seen this one build flown to some success, as a viable Rebel brawler. Just ram into enemies, or get rammed, the no. of dice modifications will be in your favour.
As for the recommendation, ARC-170 will now have the benefit of being somehow-upgradeable to Republic. Carrying over the same name, the models itself will be interchangeable and the dials won't differ. If any two particular ARC pilots would prove a viable build for the Republic, you might have all it takes buying just a single 2.0 expansion pack. Which will be considerably more expensive than the 1.0 pack now on clearance worldwide.
So you mean ARC 170s are also in the republic faction?

Yup, they have been announced to be in the initial release for this faction, alongside V-19 Torrent and Delta-7 Aethersprite.
The pilots will differ of course, but the statline and the dial should be the same for both factions.
Do you think rebellion or republic ARC 170 is better?
I think the base ship will be exactly the same, but Republic may have better upgrades.
