53 points leaves room for most of a howlrunner swarm to fly alongside. For 189 points you get RuthlessFel, Howlrunner with Juke, and 4 Academy Pilots, and an 11 point bid for initiative. Could be good.

I think the Jonus/Barrage version is likely to be costed out of contention after the 28th. If not, its definitely the way to go.
