Hyperspace - Three or Four X-wings?

Hello!

It looks like I may be able to go to a Hyperspace Whatchamajigger at my LGS. I don't get to play in tournaments (or at all) much. I like X-wings, so I'm thinking about running three - or four. What do you think? Here are two samples.

Luke (SR, R4, SU), Wedge (Pr, R4, SU), Biggs (R4, SU), 200

Wedge (Pr, R4, SU), RSV (CS, R4) x3, 200

(I feel like torps will go up on the 28th. Not sure about committing to a three [or four] torps list without wiggle room.)

If you're not tied to Luke, you might try using Thane instead. You'll still get an I5 pilot, and a few more upgrades on all three ships.

I've basically done the same thing with Wedge, Thane and Dutch.

Thanks! I wonder if the fourth ship isn't more valuable than more upgrades, though (genuinely don't know). Here's a thought.

I took Wedge, Thane, Garven, and Porkins (with Elusive and Chopper for infinite regen) to Gdansk System Open and did ok with them.

4 X-Wings is pretty good. However Chopper isn't Hyperspace legal, so taking Biggs instead of Jek would be better.

If you're not going to use protons I think I'd run a fourth ship.
