In which modes can my character shoot his two autopistols during his turn. He is shooting both.
Does this change with the learning of talents?
* semi-auto
* full-auto
* single shot

You need the two-weapon wielder (ballistic) talent to attack with two guns. It's a full action, but it's still permissible to both semi-auto and full burst with both weapons. Note that you take significant penalties unless you also possess the ambidextrous and/or gunslinger talents. -20 with 2w only, -10 with ambidex, 0 with gunslinger on top of that.
I'm pretty sure you can dual wield without the talent you just take massive penalty. Also you should read the errata as it covers this.
Wielding two Pistols:
-20 On-Hand, -40 Offhand.
Wielding two Pistols w/Two Weapon Wielder (Ballistic):
-20 On-Hand, -20 Offhand.
Wielding two Pistols w/Two Weapon Wielder (Ballistic) & Ambidextrous:
-10 On-Hand, -10 Offhand
Wielding two Pistols w/Two Weapon Wielder (Ballistic), Ambidextrous & Gunslinger:
No Penalty to either hand.
You can fire them Semi-/Full-Auto, always a Full Action, assuming the gun is capable.

Thanks for confirmations.
I became confused because of the choice of words in the errata: 'single attack'
That single attack is allowed to be a full-auto burst.
Next: Can i choose to do suppressive fire with my right hand and semi-auto burst with my left hand?
I'd say that those are two different attack actions, and as you cannot take more than one of the same action in a turn, I'd say no.

But on the other hand, so is semi auto and full auto and those still get along in the multiple attacks action. I'd say yes.

While it doesn't feel quite right, I'd say you can, basically hosing down a room with one gun and taking comparably controlled shots with the other, though I'd require Independent Targeting if you want the burst outside the suppressed corridor.
After all, you can even combine melee and ranged weapons this way.
