Q: Once the condition is assigned to an enemy ship, if Kylo is defending from another ship the following round, can the ISYTDS condition card be moved to a new enemy ship? If so, does the previously pulled critical damage pilot card stay on the original ship until it suffers a critical damage? ALSO...as in 1.0, does ISYTDS still go under sheilds? Thanks
Q: REGARDING ISYTDS
You you can move the condition if you defent and spend the force.
The critical card stays on the condition card.
You are dealt the card in stead of suffering damage. And suffering damage removes shields. So I would say yes it bypasses shields like in 1.0

there is only one condition card, since it's limited. the condition only applies to what ever ship it is assigned to. when you assign the condition, if there is no damage card on it, you get to search the opponents damage deck for a card and put it on the condition card. if there is already a damage card on the condition card, the damage card stays on the condition when the condition is assigned (if you want to assign it to another ship, or effectively moving the condition card from one ship to another).
so, the damage card stays on the condition, not any ship the condition has been on.
the ship that the condition is assigned to is dealt the damage card on the condition when it suffers a critical damage. if the ship has shields left, it does not loose a shield, but is dealt the damage card on the condition card instead. the condition card is then removed.
please note that only damage cards with the pilot trait can be put on the condition.

So there is, at any moment after a pilot trait critical damage card is placed on the ISYTDS card, only ONE critical damage card that will be in wait on the ISYTDS card, and that ISYTDS card can, after defending , be transferred from one enemy ship to another....if that is the case, I thank you...if not, let me know where I am not understanding....THANKS!

only one damage card can be on the ISYTDS condition card at a time, yes. that damage card stays there until it's dealt to a ship that the ISYTDS condition is assigned to when the ship suffers a critical damage (from any source, a proton bomb, flying over debris and rolling a crit, being hit with a critical damage from an attack etc.).
the ISYTDS condition can be assigned to other ships before the effect on it is resolved, by using kylos pilot ability or from the action on the kylo crew card. in that case, if there is a damage card on the ISYTDS condition card, that damage card follows along with the ISYTDS condition.
it seems like you understand how it works.
