What I am looking for is something similar to a canister full of "gas" that I can roll into a room and have people in the room fall unconscious. In the Rebellion core book they have the synthetic anesthetic which sounds exactly like what I am looking for. But, the mechanics don't support it. Is there something in any of the other books for what I want? Amazingly enough to me there is nothing like it in the Spy book. Or, has anyone created something like what I am looking for?

After "liquidating" lots of people during my Togruta spy's career so far, I am now looking for non lethal ways of getting past obstacles.

What you're looking for is in Fly Casual and/or Lords of Nal Hutta.

Knockout grenades are in FC, and are just ordinary knockout gas grenades.

LoNH has poison gas grenades that you fill with an appropriate poison and the grenade takes on the qualities of that poison.

You can also look in the diplomat source book which has "mercy" grenades some of which that knock a person out and make it difficult to remember things as well as data purge grenades that also erase information.
