FFG / Asmodee unresponsive to faulty deck report

By Bartdevos, in KeyForge

I am not sure where else to place this.

I contacted FFG/Asmodee through this site first to open a case regarding a faulty deck. Basically, my deck has all the cards it needs to have, but 3 cards, though they are the right name/type, are from the wrong deck name/artwork. So basically, 3 cards have been wrongly sorted in my deck. I want to use my decks in competitive play and this one is basically useless, cause it features 2 deck names.

I contacted them on the 11th of December through a standard missing-parts form which was wayyyyy too (stupidly) short and hence evidently not clear enough, though I did send clear pictures along. I got a simple, quick reply that closed this case ( P1314335)

I then on 3 separate occasions (december 12th; december 21st, january 8th) have e-mailed asmodee (referencing the case number) at their suggested e-mail address ([email protected]), telling them as completely as possible what the problem is, and have had 0 response, nothing, zilch.

Has anyone else found them entirely unresponsive? I feel like they owe me a new deck (at least) for sending me a faulty (sorted) deck.

That is very weird and possibly a technical error on their side, usually you should at least receive an email confirming the reception of your request. Do you use any social media channels where you could contact them? That is typically the fastest way to handle these things.

Based on what I have seen in multiple places that deck will only be replaced at best. They do not do custom short run prints for this game to replace missing/damaged cards. The best you could hope for is the tournament organizer allowing them as proxies and playing with opaque sleeves.
