What would be the stats for that

Does 500 credits, rarity 3, encumbrance 1 be reasonable for a "Cirenian Communications Pioneer Portable Short-Range Transceiver"?

I'd go bigger, heavier and probably a little more expensive to prevent it from bumping up against a long range comlink.

Rarity 3 is probably ok, but I'd make it like 6 or 700 and an Enc of at least 3, probably 4.
