1. Ruthless requires you to damage a friendly ship to you, not a friendly ship to an enemy.

2. You are limited to 1 bonus attack her round no matter the source, so at most you can only ever trigger Ruthless twice in a round.

Ruthless, it's worth noting, doesn't *add* a hit result. It changes a result on an existing die to a hit. Could be blank or focus, but two Cluster Missile shots will cap out at 3 damage per target. I can't think of other sources of extra damage off the top of my head, but most similar effects don't add extra hits.

Thanks, I misunderstood. I thought it was a friendly ship to the defender.
