Just want a second confirmation on my understanding here:

Let say I have an RZ2 with Composure. I Lock for my first action and then Red Boost for the second action. The Boost falls. I’m stressed, so I can not execute the Focus granted by Composure, because it says “… you may perform a Focus action”, and you can not perform actions while stressed.

Correct, Composure won’t work due to the stress unless you have some other way of performing actions when stressed.
