Marksmanship (1)

TIE/ln Fighter - •Del Meeko - 31
•Del Meeko - Inferno Three (30)
Crack Shot (1)

TIE/ln Fighter - •Gideon Hask - 31
•Gideon Hask - Inferno Two (30)

Anything immediately jumping out at you more experienced /current players as intrinsically 'wrong' here!? Welcoming feedback

Nothing wrong, just don’t get frustrated with all those bullseye EPT. Crackshot is much harder to use than in V1.

Yes, they seem much more of a precision weapon now... But still worth the 1pt each on a swarm, would you say?

Just fit Iden and Howlie. Every other TIE, and upgrades, can be adapted to your taste

What Greebwahn said. Howlie and Iden, possibly Wampa, and the rest to taste. I'd ditch the CS, as it just doesn't proc reliably. My six is usually Howlie, Mauler, Iden, Hask, Ruden and Wampa. Regardless of your combo they're a blast to play.

I'm not sure. I'd probably rather take Predator on Skutu - since you get double-bonus if you line up a Bullseye, whilst Hask doesn't need it - rather he needs to be able to take shots at damaged targets wherever in his arc they are.

Mauler....is okay. Since he's trying for range 1 anyway, bullseye shots are easier to get, but it's not the end of the world. If you do want to take Wampa, Swarm Tactics is a nice one, letting you get Wampa's extra die shot off at I5.

I wouldn't bother with Crack Shot on Howlrunner. Either Elusive (for purely defensive) or Juke (making her a nice token-stripper and giving you the slightly better defensive potential of an evade token).

Thanks for the comments so far...

Once I'm comfortable with the rules again, and get back my skill with formation flying, I'm going to be looking at running this as my 'main' list where extended is allowed... Couldn't see anything better for Fel, and a nice bid too... Opinions?

Predator is not a bad choice. Since you need to line up his bullseye arc on someone to trigger his pilot ability (and he's an Initiative 6 ace with autothrusters, so it's not that hard), you might as well be getting rerolls to hit at the same time.

It makes him cheaper than outmanoeuvre and it means he hits reasonably hard at the same time.

That drops your cost to 192 - giving you either an 8 point bid or the option to equip Soontir Fel with a Stealth Device if you so desire. Because focus/evade with agility 4 is funny.

The key with bullseye abilities on Ties is to try and not force it. I just fly them regularly and more often than not I'll end up getting bullseyes. With Soontir its much easier since he's generally moving last and he can double reposition. Try and keep Soontir as cheap as possible, predator or maybe even Juke and that's it. A bid is much more valuable than a shield/stealth upgrade. The key is to not be in a position you are getting shot at anyway.

Predator being one use put me off, but I'll bend to more experienced flyers on this then...

I believe you are thinking of crackshot. Predator isn't a charged based talent and can be used as many times as you want as long as you get a bullseye arc on your target.

Aha! Yes, I was indeed getting myself confused... In which case Predator it is
