I've noticed that most of the exhaust weapons are over costed (likely to future proof them for when the meta becomes more vehicle heavy since most of them are anti-vehicle weapons). My proposition is to make them more versatile by giving each of them a keyword that would give them utility vs. infantry.
HH-12 Rocket Launcher - Add Blast vs. Trooper Units. It's supposed to fire an explosive rocket right? I would actually consider taking it over the DLT if it had Blast against Trooper units
Ion weapons - Add Suppressive. Ion effects still slow or stun living creatures in a lot of other star wars games so this would simulate that.
As for a much discussed air speeder fix, I would amend the Speeder X keyword to say that you perform X compulsory moves instead of just one. That way speeder bikes are not buffed and the air speeder gains a crazy threat range commensurate with its cost. It also would make it fly a little more realistically instead of hovering slowly across the battlefield.
